Each size comes with clear specifications for paper length, filter length, diameters, and capacity. All sizes are available in un‑branded, flexible branding, and custom options.

We provide three buying routes: un‑branded bulk for fast stock-based supply, flexible branding options (sticker wraps, custom filters, strain naming) for partial branding, and full custom / private label for complete brand control. Whether you need 10,000 or 10 million units, we scale to your requirements.

Un‑branded bulk orders from stock ship within 1–2 weeks. Flexible branding options (stickers, custom filters) typically take 2–3 weeks including design approval. Our standard MOQ is 10,000 cones per order. For custom branded cones, the minimum is 50,000 units to cover setup costs. Sticker wraps and flexible branding options have lower minimums. Depending on the product, contact us for possibilities.

Three customization routes: (1) Logo printing on cone tip or filter for instant brand recognition. (2) Strain naming with standard or custom names printed on the cone. (3) Sticker wrapping for logos, strain names and seasonal concepts with lower MOQ. Full private label includes custom packaging, display design and in-house design team support. Sticker wrapping applies branded stickers around the cone body for logos, strain names, limited editions or seasonal concepts. It is one of the most accessible branding options with lower MOQ than full custom printing. Ideal for testing new strains, event editions or getting started with branded cones before committing to full private label.

Choose Arctic White (bleached), Timber Brown (unbleached), Natural Hemp or colored paper, including blue, green and pink. Availability, custom colors and minimum quantities depend on your format and branding. Specialty options such as ceramic filters can also be discussed. Yes. We supply globally with dedicated contacts per region. Our Dutch Headquarter handles Europe, Asia and the rest of the world, and Christopher Ward is our local representative for Canada.

Shipping costs depend on order volume, destination and shipping method. We provide a full shipping quote as part of every order proposal. For large or recurring orders, we offer competitive freight rates through our logistics partners.

All cones are packed in mastercases for protection during transit. Mastercases are palletized for bulk shipments. We provide packing lists and commercial invoices with every order.

Yes. We hold stock in key regions for faster delivery on repeat orders. For larger accounts, we offer dedicated stock holding and scheduled call-off arrangements. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Our manufacturing facility is GMP and ISO certified, ensuring consistent quality, safety and controlled production processes. We also hold ECO certification and can provide documentation for your regulatory requirements.

We supply unbleached brown, bleached white, hemp and colored paper. Our range includes European-sourced papers and FSC-certified options. The available materials, sourcing and certification are confirmed for your selected cone format.

Standard samples ship within 3 to 5 business days from our nearest warehouse. Custom samples with branding may take 1 to 2 weeks depending on the specifications.
